This is the information regarding the college. Tthe Kulliya(Kulliyatu Jabra Ilmiyya) college offers:
1.degree programs BSC,4yrs in fiqh and usool fiqh(combined)
2.diploma 3 yrs in fiqh /sharia (not sure) (morning)
3.iddofiyya- evening program ,also a diploma certificate awarded for two yrs 4.shuuba i.e remedials for those not very good in arabic language(though other aspects of islamic knowledge are also taught in these 2 yrs with emphasis on arabic language) 2 yrs.

all these programs are offered by the university except for the shuuba ,which is regarded as handled by the mahad of the kuliyya
all the programs(except for the shuuba) require a secondary school/college certificate or its equivalent with grades of about 50%,they are not really specific about cthe courses offered in the shaadah thanawiyya ,just be a sec sch graduate!
Exams will be conducted to determine the grade of the student intending shuuba ,so no certificate is required
registration costs for the kulliyya is $125, but in the first year ,there are usually some additional expenses so the first year may require an additional $100 or less
